NEDBANK is a NO NO

I received an email from Nedbank Home Loan stating that my instalments will be increasing from September 2024. However I could not see what the reason of the increase is. ( The interest rate is the same ) so not sure why its increasing. I called on the 19/08/2024 to query this and was told by Tholthemba someone will get back to me by Thursday and i can use REF NO: ***0. Today is Friday 23/08/24 and till date NO one has called me, so I called Nedbank again. Only to be told that they must escalate it as no agent knows why it increased. so After being on the phone for almost an hour i was told by Sindiswa that her Team leader: Philani will call me back . Its now 15h15 and no one has called me back.

PEOPLE NEDBANK services are pathetic. DONT go to NEDBANK .
