Nedbank is a mess! The pits!

I’m ****ed!!! I’m fuming! I recently started my private practice and registered with Nedbank Bedfordview branch for their savvy account.

I opened the bank account on the 8th of May 2021! I was promised that a phone call would come from them letting me know when I can come and pick up my bank account. I waited, no phone call. When I call them, they say that they can’t FICA my accounts because I have missing documents which I gave them on the first day I opened the account!!!! I am health worker and make my livelihood through my practice! Money goes into the account! I don’t know how much because the bank account is not Registered!!! I call everyday to get a solution, but nothing!!! I work in Covid-19 wards with long tiresome work hours. I have not received help. Today I’m at the branch and I still have to wait years to get the card!!!!

Honestly Nedbank is the pits and doesn’t care about their clients
