Nedbank is a loan shark

<p>My mum has a loan with Nedbank. This month they debitted twice on the same day. we went to the bank to inform them only to be told that what we were saying was incorrect and we should get a bank statement. We did just that and the statement confirmed a double debit order. We again called the line dealing with loan enquiries , since with these kind of issues you do not get to speak to someone face to face, which I think is inappropriate. The second lady we spoke to said the money had been reversed and should appear within the next 24 hours- no appologies whatsoever. We waited for 24 hours and the money has not yet been reversed.</p>
