NEDBANK IS A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMENT

Disgusting bank. I called in to unlink the GB thing from my account, because I haven't even signed up for it. Checked my statement to see the monthly deductions, and it's despicable. Agent told me it will take 48 hours for it to unlink but now, the next month it's still there!! I'm trying to close my account and they cant even assist with that. I need to speak to a BOT on the app and then a live agent, who doesn't help either. I can assure you the BOT was more helpful. Waste of time bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND
