Nedbank is a joke

If you have had a loan with Nedbank, good luck getting confirmation that the loan is paid up. I have been transferred to 9 different people on one phone call. They are so ***********, they just cannot assist you point blank.

Shocking as I thought Nedbank was an elite banking institute.
