Nedbank is a joke

What is going on at Nedbank they are becoming a joke, no actually they are a joke. I closed a savings account with them in Desember 2020. They confirmed that the account is closed on a nedbank letterhead in writing. ONLY IT WAS NOT CLOSED AS PEOPLE STILL PAID MONIES INTO IT. AND WAIT ... THE BEST IS THAT NOBODY BUT NOBODY AT THIS "bank" CAN TELL YOU WHY.
