nedbank is a horrible bank

i spoke to Mpilo in the Sandton Nedbank loan collections department asking to restructure my loan as i cant afford the current installment he told me they no longer have a debt relief nor cant lower my instalment i told him im not in arears i have always my loan on time now im coming for help his telling the loan can be in areas end of the day they cant help , so he was so cold and not willing to help he told me to go to det review and i told him i have ensurance with nedbank and been using nedbank for yrs and this is the thanks i get
