Nedbank is a horrible Bank ever

Nedbank is a horrible Bank ever! Nedbank in Pretoria Andries is operated by hopeless people. We have a club account for about 4 years now transecting from it suddenly when we went to do an EFT today to one beneficiary the team leader by the name Valerie Mahommed is forcing us to cash the amount and not do EFT. Apparently is a rule they implemented 2 years ago according to her. Which raised the alarm. Does she want us to get ******? We did close to 8 EFTs within that 2 years. When we refuse the cash she tells us we can close our account and go have it at the other bank. Such an *********** person to work at the bank. I would not advice anyone to bank with Nedbank. we experience horror every time we go to this bank.

I still fail to understand why this Bank is failing to provide what i believe is their essential function, doing an EFT for your clients. funny enough when we demand to be assisted you force us to close the account? you force your clients to withdraw cash if the EFT is not more than R100 000.00. who still withdraw cash just to go and deposit it into the other Bank? The next when we get to the teller to withdraw R10 000.00 the teller tells us to come back later because the don't keep that amount on themselves as it is a security risk but you are failing to see the same risk when you force your clients to walk out with that amount of cash. This bank is becoming a joke!
