Nedbank is a ****

There was ***** on my account, went to the rosebank branch to report it. Ii was given a number to report it an this was in march.its been three months and I've been going back and forth trying to recover my money, while my cards were cancelled there was ***** again etoll transactions that went out from the same canceled card, I want my money back!!!!!
