Nedbank is a dishonest ******* of note.

Terrible experience with nedbank. I took out a loan with nedbank. I then requested a settlement amount, which i received from a lady called Sharron. The settlement was 8906.26 which i settled. To matters worse i received a call form a lay called Phindile from Nedbank who now tells me that she can't pick Sharron on their system, And that that i still owe nedbank on my settled account. She requested the settlement letter that i received and i sent it to her. She doesn't acknowledge my email nor answer my calls.Today i just received a statement form Nedbank that i have an outstanding amount of 409.22 which puzzless me. Nedbank must stick to their offer of settlement. And i am going to move accounts from Nedbank. I can't deal with this kind of dishonesty dealings.
