Nedbank is a disgrace

I have banked with Nedbank for many years with no issues but now I have to change banks which is something I don't like to do. These people decided to just debit my pocket account without any communication towards me nor consent from my side. I went on my app and saw that they debited this APO MANUAL PAY with no regard to what the money was for. They cleaned out my account and left me with nothing and the new month has not even started yet.
