Nedbank is a disgrace!

I have been trying to contact Nedbank to sort out a deceased estate. I have phoned and been on the phone for hours and no one answers. I have been emailing all different email addresses that call centre agents give to me and still noone responds. I have emailed the complaints section to no avail. How is it that no one seems to be available to answer calls or reply to emails. Nedbanks service is an absolute disgrace!
