Nedbank is a ****!!

This bank is really pathetic!! Been on the phone with them for over an hour and no one knows what the F is going on. They keep sending me from pillar to post!! Had a loan with them back in 2012/13 and it was closed - now in 2024 they are telling me I owe them for 3 months but no one can prove anything!! F*ck this bank!!
