Nedbank is a cruel bank

Nedbank dont care about their clients. After my payments arrangements of 1500 lapsed they decided to debit R2800 on 30 November, R2800 on 1st December then R2700 on 2nd December. I tried to call them to atleast reverse the last 2 debits so that i can pay rent but the lady who answered my call said its not possible they must take 1500 and 2800. I tried to explain that i just need to pay rent and buy food for my child and petrol to work. She just said she is not promising me any approval. Nedbank you are cruel. Imagine taking 2800 x3 from someone who made arrangement for 1500.
