Nedbank is a comlete failure

I have a balance on my Nedbank cheque account. I have constantly sent nedbank my banking details to setup a debit order. my balance was 2688 in june 2018. now i see they have assigned collectors to this account and the balance is now 4488. a whole lof of 2000 is just added. not caring for customers just to pay these third parties who constantly send threatening sms.

i am going to block all their numbers thank you.
