Nedbank is a Casino with a banking licence

I app**** to restructure my current joint bond with NetBank at their Crests branch.

The request was to remove my partner and I would continue with the bond alone. I have had the bond for 3 years I have never paid late or missed a payment.

I have a tenant who currently stays in the property and pays enough rent to cover the bond. I have no other rent expenses or bond expenses. I do however have other debts.

I got a decline from Nedbank saying that they do not deem it possible for me to service the debt. No other explanation. I have been servicing the bond sufficiently for 3 years. Are they not concerned that I will default on the current bond? Is the property not surety over the new bond? The new bond would be R 150 k less than the last property evaluation I did.

I am lost here. To make matters worse Nedbank credit card is hounding me with Greenbacks credit card only two days after my decline. I miss the days when Banks understood banking now they are casinos with a banking licence.
