Nedbank is a ****

This morning I went to Nedbank atm at Chamdor in Krugersdorp to make a cardless withdrawal of R600.After inserting the voucher number,pin and amount to withdraw the atm restarted itself before taking out the money.I immediately called the call centre number *** and spoke to Xelobuhle Manthonzi and told her what happened.I was on the phone more than 15-20 mintues with her.She told me the voucher has been redeemed and I should go to the branch.During the time I spoke to her the restarted 2 more times .

I then went to Nedbank branch in Kagiso (Krugersdorp) who lodged a query for me and told me they will do an audit for the atm and get back to me. Now I have received a message saying my query has been declined and I did not receive any money.How fair is this?Would I waste my airtime to contact them ,waste my time and petrol if I received the money?
