Nedbank is a *****

On the 19th of December 2024 my whole bonus of R15000 was taken out of my bank account. I logged a call a ***** case was opened and was told it would take 6 weeks to resolved. I got a ***** case no which is CPT177986. On the 13th of March 2025 I got back a lousy R400 after 3 months of waiting. No one has the decency to call and keep me up to date. I know banks have insurance on the money I want my money back with immediate effect. This is an inside job because how can my money just disappear from my account conveniently. I will expose Nedbank for the *****s they are if this is how they operate their business I will go to another bank institute. Nedbank make things happen by making our money disappear.
