Nedbank is a ****

Nedbank is literally the worst bank. I made an EFT payment into my Nedbank credit card from my other bank in February 2024, almost 8months later the funds are still not allocated into my account even after sending proof of payment to different emails a million times. I’m really disappointed in the manner in which this matter has been handled. I just need them to allocate the funds I paid so I can cut ties with them.
