Nedbank is a ****

As I canceled my life policy with nedbank there was a prorata that was supposed to be paid back to my account as they debited annually.an amount of R3159.70.i have been taken from pillar to post whenever I ask about my refund.it has been escalation after escalation,I now have 3 different cases pending the investigation,case ref *** and case ref ***,the last case ***.i was told to link my bond to my personal account,I did that,I was told to write a letter requesting a refund,I also did,was told to print out a cancelation letter fill it and send it back,I also did that.now they not giving me answers as to why can't I get my money back.i can see it but can't access it
