Nedbank irrational explanation on personal loan

I was applying for a personal at Nedbank and I was told by a consultant by the name of Tebogo that my application declined because I earn my salary on a bi-weekly/fortnightly which sounded very strange. How come can Nedbank as big and old as it is, they don't recognize that not everyone earns a salary weekly or monthly? I'm so disappointed and I do not recommend Nedbank for personal loans to anyone. Rather try another institution! I'm flatly disappointed and I hope the guy I spoke to is an Intern if not then Nedbank can't be trusted!
