Nedbank *******ion

I asked for settlement letters for credit card and personal loans which I got 16th July 2025. I made these payments in full the 17th July 2025. I sent proof of payment to bot debit review and Nedbank but bot parties claim accounts can't be closed until they receive this proof. They both have received this proof and both companies refuse to settle the matter
