Nedbank Investments claims for the late estates just add pain on top of the grief the family is already going through.

Nedbank investments has no process none whatsoever when it comes to their investment claims for deceased estate. We've been trying to claim our late mothers investment not sure for how long now and we not getting any progress. Each time we call we told a different story. Weve sent them everything they wanted from us including the letter of authority they wanted but still no progress. Each time we call we promised a call back or an email progress but nothing happens I'm even doubtful we will ever get my mother's money. It may not be much but it was our mother's hard earned money.
