Nedbank Investments

I have opened an Investment with Nedbank, the criteria Just Invest. Received an sms statement and no recording on money that I have deposited. On enquiry no one could assist. I've send emails and received one back that they can't assist. I want to cancel the investment I also want to know and have proof of my money send to the investment. Instead they send me an sms that the Investment will be discontinued. This is crime I would like all my monies to be paid out including the money that they did not recorded or "have no knowledge of"
