Nedbank Investment Shame and disappointment

I don't even wish to rate the service we got today at Nedbank South gate...My mom and I invested money last year on 17 February 2020 with Nedbank for a year maturing date was the 17th so we went today to get the money and we where told that they re invested the money without consulting us and will get after 32 days...we had to put an argument for the funds to be released before but where told they charge us penalty for wanting out money today while they re invested it without our knowledge.....How does do as they please with one's money without any consultation and their interest rates sucks.....you Invest over 20K and only get R1800 interest what a rip-off it is...If you want to invest try somewhere else cause nedbank service is bad....
