Nedbank Investment irritates me...

I have never felt disappointed like this before, i have 14 years banking with Nedbank, i did notice of one of my 32 days notice account, and they remove it twithought me knowing that, instead they do not even bother by letting me know that i head to find out my self that it is being removed i head to put another 1, o and on top of that, they decided to put restrictions o my other investment Wi thought of letting me know, now i can't withdraw; i have to go to the branch for something that they decided to keep to themselves. This service to me it is disgusting.
