Nedbank introduced an APO system which we can set up our own debit order details on the app

Nedbank introduced an APO system which we can set up our own debit order details on the app. However we are unable to cancel and delete the APO even when I called there is no help. I chose the incorrect amount to be debited and I can't rectify it or even delete the whole process
