NEDBANK Internt banking old is better than new - and why different platforms for Mobile / and internet!!!!

I have had endless problems with Nedbank internet banking mobile banking and app suite just all having different processes passwords pins and even usernames. ahhhhh horrible horrible. thank god they have great people working for them that really try. IE lizl and Veronique in Pinelands Corporate business branch. they are stars. Nedbank get this sorted out. and with an overseas Mobile - why cant i get an OTP.... SORT it out.
