Nedbank Internet banking is useless and does not work!

I would like to know which idiot created the new internet banking site for Nedbank because it does not work. It loads for days and then keeps on giving errors. I tried to make a payment now on the old site and it keeps on loading. I then try the new site and as usual - I cannot even get past the login page. Seriously, rather employ people who know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
