Nedbank Internet Banking

Would Nedbank please get real and sort out their internet online banking. This evening the 30 May 2023 I have tried on three occasions to pay suppliers. Each time I enter my secure details I then wait for their SMS to confirm my transaction but then get a message "sorry server error" What type of service are Nedbank offering certainly not a first world service but more like a 4th world service. This is happening on a regular occurrence, and it is becoming so irritating that one wonders about their old saying " Make you think doesn't it" This bank in this country are very happy to charge the highest banking charges in the world and they profess to be of 1st world standards yet are acting like a 4th world banking organisation. It a disgrace when one considers the charges, they charge on one's account. The problem is that when one calls to complain about these incidents one is then usually talking to a person of very limited skills and then wonders how they were ever employed by Nedbank. It is truly a disgrace to having to deal with such an organisation..
