Nedbank Internet & App Banking is terrible

Absolutely the WORST bank EVER. Internet banking is just terrible to say the very least. You have to go into a branch to get anything done/sorted and once in a branch (usually takes 2 hours to get into the door) you are lucky if half the tellers are open.

And yes, they have a "new internet banking" it directs you to a simple platform exactly the same as the old internet banking. We are living in the year 2021 but it seems Nedbank does not realise this.

Nedbank Money App - Even worse than the Online Banking. After resetting you password, your thrown into an endless loop of hell , trying to confirm information, that just redirects you to the start of the process.
