NEDBANK INTERNALLY DEBITED R16 134.32 DISPITE ME HAVING AN ARRANGEMENT

I am not getting assistance from Nedbank. Last week an amount of R757 was internally debited from my account. I then called Nedbank Legal to make an arrangement of R1000 a month commencing next month.

This morning I received another message stating that I must make an arrangement. I called Nedbank again and the lady I spoke to advised me make a payment of R500 this month and I agreed to that. I later discovered that R500 was debited from my account and another R16 134.32 was debited from me.

I was only left with R100 in my account after the deduction. I realize that my account has been in arrears for a long time and I take responsibility for that and as a result I made arrangement to make payment.

I am a breadwinner at home, and currently living with my parents and also taking care of my sister child who she abandoned when he was 2 months old. I am also a single parent of an autistic child and this all has had a bearing on my finances.

I am making attempt to fix my finances and making an arrangement was a step in that direction. They money deducted means that I cannot pay for myself sons therapies and our overall upkeep as a family.

Please can you assist me.
