Nedbank insurence the worst

I have had Nedbank Insurense for about 20 years I hardly claim , but when I do it’s always a big story with them, the last claim they found a way not to pay which is usually the case with them , I was waiting for the rejection letter so I can appeal but it never came . They the worst to deal with
