NEDBANK INSURE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Over two weeks to even confirm a pool pump claim, no one seems to know whats happening there. My first debit order was R21000 instead of R1761. This has been a absolute nightmare dealing with Nedbank insurance. I am worried what would happen if I end up in an accident or my house burns down... if this is the way they handle a pool pump claim then I am worried, very worried. Poor sevice, I will be cancelling all my insurance and go back to my previous insurer, this is just ridiculous
