Nedbank Insurance - worst service ever.

The Nedbank insurance assessor ordered me to strip my bathroom to determine if a leaking pipe caused the damage to my walls, floor and foundation. 3 MONTHS later they approved R38000 to repair the entire bathroom and foundations and walls and to replace the bathroom that they told me to remove.
