NEDBANK INSURANCE WORST SERVICE EVER

I was retrenched on the 31st May 2020, I filed an insurance claim in July after being on the phone with various agents. Last agent who submitted my claim was Lesego Kganane who had said that they would be able to back pay for July and August. I called various times and the agents also said they they would be able to back pay and finally I got my letter confirming that my claim was approved and they money would be made available in 48hrs from the 23rd August but they letter didn't say anything about back paying. Another battle for back paying and following up kn the funds that still have reflected and all im being told about is they submitting a request. Monday they 31st August again i was told they submitting a request and I would get feedback in 48hrs and no feedback again. Its even worse coz im being put on hold for more that 15min coz some agent called Adrian is working from home and is has an attitude. I now have a letter that MFC will collecting my car in 10 days. My claim hasn't been paid... I NEED URGENT HELP PLEASE ***
