Nedbank insurance worst ever

I have had the worst experience ever with nedbank insurance. My car was ****** 6 weeks ago and up until this very day my claim is being validated apparently. I am given very little to no detail of why the delay. Please to anyone looking for insurance refrain from nedbank insurance.
