Just called the emergency line at 06h30 to log an incident for my Geyser and was told my a robot with no emotion Tshepo Muso that i must wait until 08h00 to receive assistance, wait an emergency line that only works from 08h00. so if your house burns down you have to wait until 08h00. Utter poor service and no empathy from the agent Joel Mashego get better soft skills training for your agents and maybe yourself because you weren't even available
