Nedbank insurance very poor in service

I have been a customer to Nedbank home insurance from the past 5 years, for the first time now I have tried to put a claimed for my GEYSER that is linking on my roof. The service has been very poor as its now 3rd week without anything happening. I am staying on the merse of water as the water is continuing to damage my ceiling.

Everytime I called them the will be promising to come within 4 hours turnaround.

Nedbank insurance is unreliable
