Nedbank Insurance Terrible Service!

I've never received such horrific service from Nedbank Insurance!!!

A claim was approved and payment was made on July 22, 2024 but to date the payment is still not reflecting on my VISA credit card.

I am calling daily but Nedbank insurance is failing to rectify this error and resolve this error on their end.

It is disgusting that I have to deal with their excuses on a daily basis. The responsible person handling the claim is not updating me with anything and avoiding any communication.

This is a total failure from Nedbank Insurance!!!
