Nedbank Insurance sucks, yet again

Nedbank Insurance is the worst. If you use your own service provider, which you are well entitled to, they treat you like garbage. They never return my calls, I always have to phone back. Then instead of helping me they tell me to send yet another email, which they do not reply on. My last claim was a simple DIY fix, now they have a problem with that too. Damn, their quick to take your premium, but to get them to pay out you have to launch an attack. I am a calm person, and try to stay friendly but they make me loose my cool every time. Time for another insurer.
