Nedbank Insurance Sucks C***

Home Insurance with Nedbank is such a painful experience. I lodged a claim got a reference and claim number and send the paid invoice for refund. The assessor was out and yet no feedback from Nedbank Insurance. Ive tried calling them on *** to no avail. No one anawers the phone. Really Nedbank please adress the issue with your insurance division. The only response to emails is an automated one, one ☝️ Phone call in the beginning from someone telling me an assesor has to first respond is a pathetic stalling technique. But now thats done and still no feedback!
