Nedbank Insurance champions komal and zandile took a Negative branch experience and turned it into a positive Insurance experience. My mum was treated disgustingly by the Nedbank victoria Street branch in Durban which really left a bitter taste in our mouths about Nedbank however upon dealing with these two insurance claims assessors they showed empathy.
