Whether you have a bond with them, I would seriously suggest that you do NOT take any insurance out with them as they will use any and every excuse to decline your claim. A collapsed drain due to a seismic event is not under my control.

Also, definitely do not use this company if you wish to insure something "old" as they will take your money, but decline the claim because the item is old.
