Nedbank Insurance repudiates claims based on their own service provder's poor workmanship

Nedbank Insurance falls back on the standard repudiation reason "Poor workmanship and client's failure to maintain" even when their own service provider did the work less than a year ago. How am I supposed to be responsible for the workmanship rendered by their service provider?
