Nedbank Insurance refusing to provide policy documents

Hi, I have a personal Loan with Nedbank which comes with their insurance cover, I was not provided with the insurance policy documents when I took the insurance. I have been asking Nedbank Insurance to provide me with my policy insurance but they are refusing, saying that there is no policy documents but I am pay R541.97 every month for that policy. It looks like there is something they are hiding in my policy. My policy number is: *** and names Abel Motla. Can you please help me make Nedbank send me my insurance policy documents? Thank you.
