Nedbank Insurance Poor service & Process failure, disgusted with the service i am receiving.

I requested and received my bond settlement which was settled. Was given cancellation fees for insurance which I transferred the amount immediately with Nedbank, a month later the attorneys still receiving cancellation fees with insurance fees outstanding. Called Nedbank four times and i was transfers from one call center to the next. Last time i called i was given a reference (**********9) and assured that the cancellation fees showing R0 will be sent to the attorneys for them to cancel the bond, 6 days later, they send the figured with the same insurance amount. I am not sure who to call now or if i should pay more cause my account is in the negative but their fees still showing and i sure don't have the patience now to stay on a call with any of the Nedbank consultant. Poor service and a proper process failure on their side now affecting my life even after trying, they don't seem concerned or bothered.
