Nedbank insurance policy is a ****

I have a loan with Nedbank, I logged a claim, provided them with all the documents, I even went as far as doing an affidavit for it, my claim was rejected, I was not given a reason why the claim was rejected, I sent countless emails to them, no answers at all. The consultants are rude as ****. Am basically given a run around for nothing, but if I was a different race I was going to be approved
