Nedbank Insurance! Pathetic service!

PATHETIC is an understatement!!! This is for my house (the structure) insurance. I moved to Nedbank insunance towards the end of last year (2023). I should have cancelled the insurance when they did not send me my schedule after taking out the Insurance. So, on the 16th of Feb my neighbour drove into my boundry wall and also damaged my carpot. I contacted them to register a claim, all I wanted was for them to either assist with the 3rd party claim or atleast send me an assessor to assess the damage so that I know that the neighbour repairs everything. Maaan! My experience was terrible! No one called back to give me feedback about the claim. When I eventually called I was told to wait because the prossessor is on lunch. He called me back and in his arrogant state told me that they would not be entertaining the claim. I enquired about the assessor and was told NO! I informed him that I want the insurance cancelled. Today is the 23rd of March and I have not received any communication, no schedule! Or the claim!!!!! DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY INSURANCE with them!!!
