Nedbank insurance pathetic service

Nedbank Insurance worse insurance and no feedback or assistance from the call centre consultants. We have been with Nedbank Insurance for over 10 years, and always had issues when it came to claims . Stayed with them as we have a bond with them and thinking the service will improve . Besides them declining our claims , there service is the worst . They don't even have the decency to contact you and let you know there findings . Than you still have to deal with there *********** service providers . We have decided to take our business else where. when we contacted there consultant to cancel the insurance with them we were asked if he could cancel immediately . (that means they don't need you as a client) . I don't need anyone from Nedbank to contact me as this review is to warn others .
